Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled immediately after placing the order. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Issue reported within 24 hours of delivery

Mandatory Condition

An unboxing video is required to claim any refund or replacement.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind
  • Minor natural variations in handmade products
  • Damage after delivery
